As of July 2025, HubSpot has released a beta feature that extends Kanban functionality within the Sales Workspace. Sales professionals can now view and manage not only Deals, but also Tasks, Leads, and Contacts in a visual board format, directly within the workspace environment.
The Kanban layout organizes records as cards across columns that represent stages or statuses. For example, Deals are shown by pipeline stage, Tasks by due date or priority, and Leads or Contacts by lifecycle stage or last activity. Users can drag and drop records between columns to reflect progress, with actionable data available directly on each card.
This integrated experience allows sales teams to:
